A forest path of several kilometers for walking is also accessible to you to better enjoy nature and wildlife.

The century-old house on two floors has retained its period charm with five bedrooms, an office, large balcony, a patio with a gazebo to admire the sunset and a beautiful view of the lake. Large plot of land for children, animals, and an outdoor fireplace.

A direct debit [final payment] of 50% will be made seven days before your arrival

21 days or more, a 75% refund of your deposit

21 days and less, no refund

House Rules

No SMOKING inside the house! If you wish to smoke outside, you are asked to extinguish and place the cigarette butts in the ashtrays provided for this purpose. There is a fire extinguisher and a smoke detector in the house.

Animals accepted with restrictions

You must register them when you make your reservation. Excrement must be collected. If they cause damage, the pet owner is responsible and will have to pay the cost of repairs and/or replacement.

Please, out of respect for the neighborhood, avoid any disturbing noise. Cleaning is included in the price, however we ask the tenant to return the accommodation to as clean a condition as possible. The tenant is responsible for any loss or damage, in the event of an anomaly or shortage in the inventory, the security deposit will be used to cover the situations mentioned above. In such cases the deposit will be non-refundable. We thank you in advance for taking care of this house as if it were your own!
