Founded in 1980, Pisciculture Denis Fournier is located on Route 216 less than 45 minutes from Quebec City and 20 minutes from Sainte-Marie-de-Beauce. Easy to access, you can fish for trout, alone, with friends or family. Amateurs and professionals, leave proudly with your catches!

Opening hours
Pre-summer: (May 4 to June 22, 2024)
Closed Tuesdays
Open Wednesday to Monday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Summer:
Open seven days from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (June 23 to September 2, 2024)
Post-summer: (September 3 to October 14, 2024)
Closed Tuesdays and Wednesdays
Open Thursday to Monday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
We will close after Thanksgiving for the 2024 season.
In winter, ice fishing
